Paths are just strong suggestions for where to walk and if you follow them you’ll see the same sights and sounds as everyone else who walked them. Don’t be like everyone else.

Leave the path and you begin to learn things about yourselves that you never would’ve learned otherwise. Things like which one of you pushes the other to try new things and which one of you is afraid of sheep.

After you’ve made it home you’ll realize that the best views and memories you made weren’t the ones that were planned but rather the ones you didn’t realize you were living. Because when someone falls in the mud a few times but laughs and keeps pushing on how can you not love them all the more for it. Those are the memories you hold on to and never forget x
